Question: I am a 75 year old African-American female in fair health. I have pain in my left waist. It started a couple of weeks ago, I've taken Tylenol 500, helps to dull pain. I had a cortisone shot in my muscle a day ago due to pain in my left shoulder from a fall last November, also pain in right back thigh moved up to buttock after 45 minute walk. The shot helped both, but waist pain still there.
