Suggest Treatment For Difficulty In Penetration During Intercourse
Question: Hi, I am married for 4 yrs now, but till now I am not able to insert my penis into wife's vagina. Initially she was doing job in XXXXXXX and I was in XXXXXXX so We met only on weekends. I have seen no of doctors in XXXXXXX and XXXXXXX for help, but till now i am not able to get any solution and now my marriage is in problems as she started complaining about sexual relations to her parents.
Whenever i tried inserting my penis into vagina, then it bends at the tip of vagina, but i am able to insert two finders into vagina easily now. Also i am able to do masturbation easily for last 17 yrs. I also watch porn movies a lot.
Every doctor is saying that all my semen and her reports are normal, so there is no need to worry. Initially some doctors told us to do circumcision as my foreskin was not restracting back. so i did it, but still no benefit yet. Issue is that this is the area where no one can give demo like teaching someone how to drive a car. Also very difficult to rule out whether it is erectiler dysfunction, improper technique or anything else.
Other issue with me is I am more interested in Masturbation with seeing porn movies than that of sexual intercourse. we are not getting what is the reason - vaginismus, erectile dysfuntion, improper technique. In that, we are wasting ur time.. We are really tired now.. Please help us to get out of it.Should we try vaginal dilator or viagra anything else. we are not getting anything

If doctors were able to insert 2 fingers or a medium sized dilator in vagina, it is a good news . You have fairly good erection ( it should be more than 1000-1200 gm ) but it bends when you try to enter. This could be situational vaginismus - i.e. there is no spasm in introitus on attempts to enter in vagina anything but penis. So these are the 2 possibilities.
Such problems are due to unconscious fears generally. It needs Psychotherapy. I am not sure dilators will be helpful.
We have a hospital devoted to sexual health only. Such cases need sex education , some times and CBT after a thorough sexual health assessment. If someone tests your semen in such a situation , it means he is not trained in management of non consummation of marriage.
I suggest if it is feasible for you to come to XXXXXXX and let me assess both of you, Results are good if both are committed to marriage , parents should not interfere but provide full privacy and both are cool and a bit patient.
