Details are given below.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thanks for writing to us.

While you are trying for pregnancy, your monthly period should be regular. As your current test reports are NORMAL, I suggest you to take progesterone pill from D16 to D25 every cycle to get regular period. It will be more worthwhile. Kindly, consult with your doctor regarding this.

For successful pregnancy, you have to do unprotected sexual intercourse during your OVULATION day (14 days prior to due date) or FERTILE days (11th to 19th day of 28 to 30 days regular cycle).

You have to try this method for at least 6 to 12 months to be pregnant and you should use OVULATION PREDICTION KIT in the MIDDLE of cycle to track down ovulation day and maximize chance of pregnancy.

You both should take Multivitamins and Folic Acid supplements for at least 3 months with healthy diet and fresh fruits. Do regular physical exercise to reduce body weight. Avoid mental stress by yoga or meditation and maintain genital hygiene properly.

Hope, it will be helpful for your information. Kindly, close the discussion, if you don't have any other query.

Wish your good health and take care yourself.

Regards,
Dr Soumen
