Brief Answer:
dysentery

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thanks for the query

It looks like you are suffering from dysentery. This requires treatment with antibiotics. Here is what you should do

1. I usually start my patients on a combination tablet, ciprofloxacin with tinidazole twice daily for 5 days
2. drink plenty of water to keep yourself well hydrated
3. tab sporolac is a probiotic, it is taken to replenish your intestines with good bacteria. Take 2 tablets three times a day
4. give your stool for culture and routine testing before starting antibiotics. Make sure you are seen by a general physician for the prescriptions
5. avoid milk and milk products until you are better
6. make sure your food is bland. avoid coffee and tea

I hope I was of help, if you have any further queries please get back to me
