Suggest Treatment For Diarrhea

Question: Hello Doctor,
2 days ago I had diarrhea and suddenly I had some liquid leakage from my butt. So I tried to check it with a toilet paper and on wiping I found a liquid stain on toilet paper. Apart from that there are no marks on my underwear and I do not have any other symptoms too. Is that is a serious concern to get it checked? Please help me

I read carefully all your concerns and I can say as follows :
1. You are experiencing diarrhea recently.
Diarrhea can explain your anal leakage.
So for the moment there is nothing to be worried.

2.Meantime I suggest to avoid diarrhea using:
- probiotics
- plenty of water
- yogurt
- avoid spicy and fatty foods
- eat often and small amount of meals
- avoid milk and sugar foods
3. If your symptoms still persist after a couple of days than you need to be evaluated with:
- fecal culture test/ ova parasites
- fecal exam for candida overgrowth
- blood work
