Brief Answer:
Gastroenteritis...

Detailed Answer:
Hi, thank you for posting!

I have gone through your query and I understand your concerns.

Based on what you refer I can say that you suffer from parasitic gastroenteritis.
Stomach cramps are caused by dehydration. To get rehydrated you should take ORS(Oral rehydration solution) and proton pump inhibitor medicines such as Omeprazole.

Imodium is a symptomatic treatment. It can relieve symptoms but can't treat gastroenteritis.

To treat your condition you should confirm the diagnosis first, because the treatment depends on the cause of gastroenteritis. To do that you need:
1. Stool culture.
2. Complete blood count.
3. Urine test.

In the end of the above tests your infectologist will be able to determine the exact treatment.

Ask me for anything unclear.

Wish you good health.
Dr. Behar.
