Brief Answer:
Drink as much salt-sugar solution as possible

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,welcome to HealthcareMagic forum.

Diarrhea with persisting fever indicates acute bacterial gastero enteritis. Now he is feeling cold, weak, and have rapid breathing-this indicates that a significant proportion of the circulatory volume has been lost through the stools without replacement, and he is having hypotension and acidosis. This is a medical emergency.Do not wait for the investigation reports;rush to the emergency department for prompt correction of dehydration with intravenous fluids.

Meanwhile, take oral rehydrating solution (WHO-ORS),as much as possible.Take in small frequent sips to avoid nausea. If this is not available, take rice water with added salt,or mix sugar and salt in water in 3:1 ratio.

After correcting the dehydration, ask him to take ORS,around 250 ml after each stools. Also,as there is persisting fever, antibiotics is to be added.Your doctor will guide you in this.

Hope I have answered your query.
Wishing for a faster cure,
Regards,Dr Aslam.
