Brief Answer:
Get him evaluated by a physician

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thanks for choosing this platform

I can understand your concern.
Frequent loose stool may lead to electrolyte imbalance causing dizziness. It is good to know that you have made all efforts to keep him hydrated well. But the thing is that electrolyte imbalance like hyponatremia/hypokalemia can occur even in well hydrated children.
I request you to get him evaluated by a physician clinically and also for assessment for the need of investigations like blood sodium and potassium levels.

Regards
