Brief Answer:
you need to get clinically examined and investigated thoroughly ..

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX XXXX, welcome to HCM,

I've gone through your excellently written details, and understand your concern..

Now from the sequence of events and those over-active bowel activities, you need to see your Doctor without any further delay as there can be several possibilities and some of them are quite severe in nature(acute infectious diarrhea, intestinal obstruction , biliary colic, diverticulitis etc.) and investigated thoroughly (CBC, LFT, KFT, Amylase Lipase, Stool routine and culture sensitivity , USG Whole abdomen etc.)..

Yes, the hot damp feeling is mostly due to the dehydration , so please start drinking a lot water and preferably WHO-ORS solution(1 packet in 2 ltr water and drink over 2-3 hrs and repeat several times) till you get to your doctor.. if there's a possible delay or non-availability of your doctor, then please go to your nearest ER for immediate and further management..

Let me know if there's any more queries, and do let me know how you stay in the due course..

Take Care
Kind Regards
