Suggest Treatment For Diarrhea And Abdominal Pain
Question: My condition started this pass Sunday night. it was diarrhea with strong abdominal pain. I did not look to my stool that night, but the next morning I did see it, and my stool was all cover with bright red color blood .After that one every time I go the bath room more blood keeps coming out, but just blood no stool, and it is red bright and like watery jello type. like one or two spoons at each time, and I went to the bathroom Iike 10 times yesterday because I felt like I need to do poo. The abdominal pain is there, and this one is like when I had my babies stops and comes back like every 20 or 15 minutes since Sunday night. Today my stool was soft with blood but not much compered with the one yesterday morning. my abdominal pain is there the same goes and come back, Hope I gave more details this time For a better diagnostic

I will suggest you to get a blood test like complete haemogram and stool examination and culture to see which infection is there and antibiotic accordingly.
Meanwhile I will suggest you to take a broad spectrum antibiotic of quinolone class like ofloxacin twice a day for 5 days. Take a course of probiotic. Take plenty of fluid and electral powder to prevent fluid and electrolyte insufficiency.
Visit your doctor and discuss with him and get prescription
Avoid milk for a while.
