Brief Answer:
Do not scratch, wash with dermadew soap, apply calamine lotion with alovera

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to HCM
I have gone through your query and picture. It is difficult to diagnose exactly what it is without examination and with only pictures.

Provide information:
1. Since when you have noticed it
2. Is it associated with itching
3. Have changed the detergents or new cloths have been worn.
4 have you come in contact with some substance.
5. Is it of a child.

Presently I would suggest you to wash the area with the XXXXXXX warm water and with mild soap like dermadew. In case of itching don't touch or scratch the rash.Apply calamine lotion with alovera to the affected part.

In case the rash spreads I would suggest you to see dermatologist for further evaluation.

Hope this helps and I will be glad to clarify your further queries.
Take care

As for the body rash, I only noticed did this morning.
2. He is a 10 months old bay so he doesn't really itch but he seems a bit uncomfortable with it.
