Brief Answer:
Pregabalin/Methylcobalamin-strict blood sugar control.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,
Thanks for being on healthcaremagic.com.
I am Dr.Ajay Panwar,a neurologist,here to answer your query.

If you would have presented to me as an outpatient, I would have told you that main line of management of diabetic neuropathy is-
1)Strict diabetes control to prevent further progression of the disease
2)Antineuralgic medicines-like pregabalin,gabapentin
3)Methylcobalamin supplementation
4)Physical rehabilitation

However,I would like to know her symptoms so that I can tell you about the treatment accordingly-Is she having pain?or weakness? or sensory symptoms? or bladder/bowel symptoms?
Treatment is actually tailored according to the symptoms.

Hope that helps.I shall be glad to have you in follow-up with further questions.

Regards
Dr.Ajay Panwar,
