Brief Answer:
Removes mechanical obstruction

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for the query and report of CT scan.

I would like to ask you a few things before I can give you suggestions :
Do you have a sneezing problem and / or nasal watering along with the nasal blockage you have mentioned?
Is the nasal blockage on one side only (which side) / both sides / alternating (one side at a time alternating with the other side at other time) ?
Does the blockage increase with stress / anxiety / tensions?

These questions are very important for the positive output of any nasal / septal surgery.

Read the very good detailed report of a CT scan, it does show a "S" shaped deviated nasal septum with a spur (bony outgrowth) and all other findings noted.
The septum is partly a cartilage and partly a bone which causes mechanical obstruction if deviated and can be corrected by it removal or correction.

If the nasal airway is compromised due to septum, a proper correction of the deviation by removing the spur and the curved septal part may improve the blockage by mechanically clearing the obstruction.
The findings of the CT scan have to be correlated with the finding on nasal examination / endoscopy to anticipate for the outcome of the surgery.

Please discuss with your Surgeon about the outcome of the septal surgery. Also discuss about the enlarged adenoids with ''mild '' compromise of the nasopharynx.

Awaiting your answers.
I hope this answer helps you to get an idea about the query you have in mind and please feel free to discuss any point/s you have doubts about.

Sir i dont have sneezing problem nor nasal watering...with blockage. Nasal blockage is mostly in rightside and sometimes both. It increases while i am travelling in train or auto with window side and sometimes while travelling in train if fan is just above you. It increases with dust outside. My doctor asked to go forendoscopic septoplasty and coblation assisted adenodectomy.

Brief Answer:
Surgery should help solve your problem.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your feedback and a good news that you do not have sneezing and watering.
You will get a better result.
Yes, with the history you have provided, the CT scan report you have posted and the feedback you have given the endoscopic septoplasty and coblation assisted adenoidectomy should help solve your problem. Yet, you have to avoid the factors increasing your problems as much as possible as the mucosal lining of the airway is going to be the same.

You may please go ahead with the Surgery as planned.
Wishing you a successful surgery and best outcome.
