Brief Answer:
Slight life style modification as discussed.

Detailed Answer:
Welcome to HCM. I am Dr Anshul Varshney.
I understand your concern.

You have deranged lipid profile, particularly your triglycerides are high, but with such level of derangement, treatment with medicines is not warranted.

You should also get your blood sugar tested in case it has not been done yet.
Your life style is quite good. You just need to skip beer for a better control of cholesterol.
I understand that you are not consuming heavy quantity of alcohol but since your triglycerides are raised, and we need to work on them with out medicines, so quitting alcohol is a good idea.
You should avoid potato, rice, oil, ghee, sweets, carbonated beverages as far as possible.
Increase the dose of the exercise you do, make it at least 5 days a week.
I am hopeful, that just by observing the above mentioned things, your lipid profile will start improving gradually.
Get your lipid profile repeated after 3 months and write back to me with reports.
This is my best opinion for you.
You should discuss my opinion with your doctor.
If you have any further query, please ask me.
Stay healthy.
