Brief Answer:
Paroxetine or escitalopram.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome to HCM.
Dear XXXXXXX
I can understand your concerns.

You are facing a difficult situation after breakup with your friend. Anyone can feel depressed after such a break up.

But your depression is affecting your like seriously, to the extent that you feel suicidal.

In that case, antidepressants like paroxetine or escitalopram (prescription drugs) can help you to lift your mood and overcome this intense depression.
These drugs would be easily available in your area but with a valid prescription of your doctor/psychiatrist.

Hope you get well soon.
Feel free to ask further if you have more queries.

Regards.
Dr. Shubham Mehta, MD(Psychiatry).
