Question: I need to find out what's wrong with my body ... I'm doing nothing different. .. I walk about 2 miles at work a night (I've used my mile tracker wrist band) ... I get spells ... Things like I just have to sit and shake my head to shake off the the dismemberment feeling ... I don't sleep well at night ... I was a size 7 2 years ago ... And now I eat better and I am size 11 ... My mood swings (which I try VERY hard to control and most times succeed) are ridiculous ... I am 31... I feel like things are not right inside me ... My heart jumps from level to level ... . Sometimes I don't even know if it's beating to a point that I will live and others I have hope that I will live to see Clo be 18 years old ... Have 1 child whom I love and give the world to ... My anxiety has always been something I could somewhat control given my daughters father was not there most of the time ... However, since I got robbed, I don't know what to do ... It's my anxiety per say ... Im having heart palpations, Im getting fat in my belly, but still excerizing more now than ever before ... I get sensations in my arms and feet that are just tingling and numbing ... It scares me ... There is something NOT right with my body and I NEED some advice

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Welcome to Healthcare Magic.

I had gone through your question and understand your concerns.

In my opinion your problems are due to sleep loss and anxiety.

1. Sleep loss impair your ability to think and process information so your brain cannot function properly. It can negatively impact your memory and can lead to depression. Also it increases risk of problems with your cardiovascular system and that's why you may feel irregular heart beats/ heart palpations.

2. Please note that anxiety and sleep loss has a significant effect on mood. Also there is an association between what you eat and how you sleep.

3. Anxiety can give all kinds of numb feelings. Numbness in your fingers and toes are the most common locations.

You may need medication to control the symptoms of anxiety and sleep loss. You should make an appointment with your doctor so that he or she will examine you and prescribe treatment.

Also regular exercise can relax you and it can lower the symptoms associated with anxiety. It will help you to lose weight. You should exercise at least 2-3 times a week.

Hope I have answered your question. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help.
