Brief Answer:
Dengue fever

Detailed Answer:
Welcome To HCM. I am Dr Anshul Varshney. I understand your concern.

The reports are suggestive of Dengue fever.
First of all there is no need to panic out.
This disease is completely treatable.
Just right management is required.

I would recommend following:

1. Don't take any pain killers.
2. Take Paracetamol for fever and body pains.
3. Drink plenty of fluids.
4. Keep a watch on blood pressure and urine output.
5. Get your daily platelet counts done. If they fall below 20,000 then you would require admission. Otherwise they would eventually start rising and you would recover.
6. Watch for any bleeding , black color stools.

You would be fine soon.
Be in touch of your Physician.

I hope it helps you.
If you have any further query, please ask me.
