Brief Answer:
To get period Tablet meprate advised.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Welcome to HCM,

I can understand your concerns,

First,to get the periods(for withdrawal bleeding) you can take tablet meprate 10mg twice for 5days (prescription drug).consult with your gynecologist.

To regulate your period I recommend you Birth control pills(prescription drug) for three months.

I will suggest that you should make some lifestyle changes to treat PCOS like eat healthy and balanced diet, exercise regularly. Aim to do at least 150 minutes of physical activity each week(including 10minutes brisk walk.

You can take tablet metformin as it also helps in regulating period and treating symptoms of PCOS.(prescription drug)consult your doctor.

Hope this helps.

Feel free to ask further,

Thanks.

Brief Answer:
YES.both will help in conceiving.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
sorry for late response.

Yes,siphene (which contains Clomiphene citrate) is an ovulation inducing drug.I suggest to take it from 3rd day from 5days. The ovulation occurs on day 12-day 16 of your cycle.
Additionally, regular intercourse during the fertile period is required for you to conceive.

M2tone syrup helps in regulating period and in conceiving.

You should take both siphene and M2tone syrup If you are planning to conceive.

Hope this helps,

Feel free to ask further.

Thanks.
