Brief Answer:
Degenerative spine changes

Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome

I appreciate your concern

Based on your history of spinal stenosis at multiple levels with disc swelling, these findings are suggestive of degenerative changes in the spine.

Surgery can be an option if there is no improvement in the current condition plus to prevent any impending damage to spinal cord itself and avoid paralysis. If any radiculopathy develops , meaning if there are paresthesia, numbness and weakness in a leg then decompression surgery may be advised.

Remember age is not a contraindication in degenerative spine surgeries.
For the time being, Pregabalin, physiotherapy, epidurals, acupuncture, in short symptomatic approach would be the way to go rather than invasive surgery.

Wishing you best of health

Thanks
