Brief Answer:
It will not affect his health.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
The mild deformity due to carrying of the child on the right side is a temporary deformity. It will correct on its own as he grows. You can add calcium and Vitamin D3 supplements to his diet for better bone mineralization and earlier recovery. It will not affect his overall health or breathing. Please do not worry.
I hope this answers your query.

Due to rickets.

Hello.
Thanks for writing again.
I have seen the attached images. This is likely to be Rickets. This deformity can be treated with calcium and vitamin D3 supplements. Do start the supplements after consulting his pediatrician.

Brief Answer:
These supplements are safe for him.

Detailed Answer:
You can give him syrup Supracal for calcium supplement- 2ml daily. He also needs Vitamin D3 supplements like Gemcal D3 drops 5ml to be given once a week. Do consult your pediatrician for physical examination and confirmation of diagnosis and necessary prescriptions. It is safe for him to consume these supplements.
Lack of proper bone mineralization and decreased bone strength can cause a difficulty in walking and bone pain.
Regards.
