Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
I have reviewed all your images.
Your ultrasound report is normal except low level of fluid around the fetus, leading to low AFI.
Decreased fluid around the fetus can be due to :
1. Some kidney or urinary bladder anomaly in the fetus
2. Decreased blood flow to the fetus
3. Hypertension, kidney disease or autoimmune disease in the mother
4. Decreased fluid intake by the mother
Fetal kidney and bladder anomalies are ruled out in ultrasound,
I would suggest you to get an umbilical artery doppler ultrasound to assess the blood flow and get your blood pressure and renal functions checked.
If all these are normal, then I will suggest you drink at least 3-4 litres of fluid in aday, have adequate rest and take high protein diet. All these will help increase the fluid around the fetus.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Please do get back to me for further queries.
Regards
