Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I have gone through your medical history carefully and understood your concern.

When talking about dark skin around the eyes, we should sit and discuss about the causes.

Continuous and excessive rubbing of the eyes due to nasal allergies could be a reason. However, if I was your caring doctor would advise to run further blood tests such as:
- complete blood count to rule out anemia
- liver/kidney function tests to rule out respective problems

If they are all excluded, hydroquinone cream is used as whitening agent. However, we must make sure the right cause first.

You can consult best dermatologist clinic in Singapore for more specific treatment in your case.

Hi, Thanks for answering the question. I will get a blood count done. But I live a fairly healthy lifestyle with clean eating and exercise. I do not smoke or consume alcohol. So is it still likely for me to have any liver/kidney related issues?
Can you suggest any good dermatologists in Singapore as I am not sure which clinic to go to

Brief Answer:
Blood works are necessary although lifestyle/diet are clean...

Detailed Answer:
Hi back my dear,

Sorry for the late reply due to my XXXXXXX clinical overload.

Although you do not smoke or consume alcohol (which is great), we still think to rule out liver/kidney problems. Other factors like food toxins, or others can also cause such problems.

As mentioned in the other post, I did some search for you and there is a Dermatologist Clinic in Singapore; you can consult the specialists there.

All the best!
