Brief Answer:
Use cosmetic with squalene in it

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

This could be an age related change that occured on the skin of the face. Do you wear spectacles, were they leaving marks?

You can try a cream that has squalene and butyric acid in it. The chances of getting better is not high but you can give it a try. I do not have any brand name in my mind but your pharmacist at the local store can help you with one.

Hope this helps.
