Question: I have dairy protien and I swell up and I try not to eat any but once in awhile I missed that had dairy would khee butter a better answer then earth balance I also have asthma and I will have use an inhaler before excercise and I also use sybicort I some times become couch potato because it is very tiring when have a reactions I also have outside aller and animals and strong orders I also get bronchitis when go in cholorine pool i am 66 in sept I am tired of feeling yuck most times and I am very out of shape

Yoi are not taking any montelukast. Montelukast is anti allergic drug. So start combination of fexofenadine (anti histamine) and montelukast (anti allergic).

Thankyou and I also take montelukast I forgot to say I started yesterday taking mucinex because I now have bronchitis
