Brief Answer:
Cysts

Detailed Answer:
Good day,
Noted your concern.
Cysts are a common finding after 45 years of age. However, since you have multiple cysts over many organs, we need to rule out few diseases like infections ( Tuberculosis, Fungal infections etc) or poly cystic disease or certain types of tumours. Since your cortisol is low, we may have to screen your adrenal gland as well. MRI will be further helpful. Based on that, your doctor may have to order a needle test ( FNA) to aspirate the cyst to further study that. For Addison's disease, you will have to take steroids which I am sure , your doctor will give you.
