Question: I have a had rough sex twice in the last week. Became swollen on one side of my vagina. Now am itchy. So I looked and there is cuts inside. Are white like they are trying to heal. I need to know the answer. In my time of being sexually active I have only been with three males. And have been checked every year and have not had any problems. I have had 2 kids however. With the first he was pulled out by forcepts and I was cut on all four walls.

Hi.
This looks to be due to inflammation of the scar ( you noted white and swollen) caused by the cuts during forceps delivery.

I would advise you to take an antibiotic and anti-inflammatory medicines under the care of a Gynecologist.
Keep the area clean with plain water and wiped dry. You may apply liquid Povidine Iodine 5 % locally to sterilize the area. Refrain from sex until the problem is totally relived.

Take care next time, as rough sex can cause the similar problem.
