Brief Answer:
Hydrogen peroxide and Liq Povidone Iodine locally

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query and understanding of the problem.
I had a chance to read your previous queries and could gather that you have already been taking Penicillin for 6 days or so. Penicillin would have helped in a few days for the healing, red circle indicated an infection.

I would also like to confirm that the small cut on the foot is there for a month. We will have to find the reason for delayed healing in such a small would.
How was the wound inflicted?
Have taken any other medicines / Antibiotics or applied anything else locally?

I would suggest you to clean the whole area with Hydrogen Peroxide and Liquid Povidone Iodine twice daily. You can put a sterile bandage in a few layers over the would and apply Liquid Povidone Iodine so that the would is protected and under continuous antibacterial cover. Bacitracin is a good topical anti-bacterial but looks is not helping as there is still redness around the wound as per your history.

Another Antibiotic may be needed only if there are signs and symptoms of an active infection in the wound.

This helps all my patients and may help you too.
I hope your blood tests are normal and you have no diabetes.
Please fell to ask for more if need be.
Wishing you all the best for your dental surgery tomorrow.

Brief Answer:
Numbers look fine.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your feedback.
The numbers between 85 and 95 look to be normal and may not be reason for delayed healing. By the natural way it takes the longest to heal in the foot are.
Since you are taking penicillin for 3 days have you noticed any positive change in the wound on the foot?
If Penicillin is not helping, you may request for another / additional antibiotic as it will help for tooth problem too.
Please follow the wound care as advised and it will be fine soon.
