Brief Answer:
Nothing to worry

Detailed Answer:
Hello mam, thanks for trusting health care magic.
There is not much relation between copper T removal and missed periods.
As you said FSH and prolactin levels are normal then the only possibility is of pregnancy so kindly let me know in case you have had any unprotected sexual activity after removal of copper T and also the usual period pattern in the form of usual cycle length.
In case you had any unprotected sex then kindly do a Urine pregnancy test.
But if there is no risk of pregnancy (due to lack sexual activity) and the period pattern before removal of copper T was normal then nothing to worry about and that it is just a perimenopausal transition and will be fine soon.
Take care

Brief Answer:
Not possible

Detailed Answer:
No mam copper T has no effect on ovaries at all.
Neither it can cause decreased or absence of periods and most likely it is just a coincidence.
Damage to the cervix is not possible to the extent that there occurs missed period.
And damage caused by it (if at all) will lead to bleeding and not missed periods.
So all in all just wait for your periods and in case required then do a urine pregnancy test.

Brief Answer:
Take drugs for at least 5 days

Detailed Answer:
Yes should take it for at least 5 days and on leaving the drug you will get periods in 3-7 days.
You haven't got your periods because of inadequate dose.
And hopefully there won't be any irregularities further.
Take care
