So drink plenty of fluids orally and keep yourself hydrated.
Take antihistamine drug like levocetrizine.
Avoid dust and cold wind.

For Urinary yeast infection try lifestyle to improve immunity, take hygienic food and cleaner water, may need antifungal drug. Also rule out diabetes as Urinary yeast infection is common in diabetes.
