Brief Answer:
fluids, pain relief, cough meds

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
If you do not have a fever or shortness of breath then this is probably a viral upper respiratory infection. You can treat runny nose with antihistamines, sore throat and headache with tylenol or advil, cough with cough medicines or mucinex.
It is very important that you stay well hydrated. Nasal saline may help as well. These things usually last 7-10 days. If you develop high fevers or shortness of breath then you need to see a doctor right away.
Regards
