Brief Answer:
Considerations

Detailed Answer:
hello and thank you for sending the question.

The flu season is very close to being over at this point in time.

I suspect the symptoms that you are experiencing is related to a viral syndrome. Usually the symptoms will run the course for her about 3 to 5 days.

I would recommend that you focus on maintaining good hydration and get plenty of rest.

if for some reason you develop nausea, vomiting or diarrhea or persistent fevers or if your symptoms do not graduate to the next 48 hours then I would recommend that you contact your primary care doctor for follow up discussion.

there is really no prescription medication at this point that would serve as a benefit. It will just take some time for you immune system to recover.

thank you again for sending the question.

Sincerely,

Dr. Galamaga
