Brief Answer:
use both

Detailed Answer:
HI
Thanks for writing to us
It is normal for infants and young toddlers to get these repeated episodes of cough and cold .
Maxtra will help in running nose and cold.
Asthalin expectorant will help in bringing secretions out and opening constricted airpassages.
This way her cough will get better.
You can use both together,
The good thing is that in your case, the episodes are self-limiting and improve without the use of antibiotics. This means that the episodes are viral in nature.

Avoid the use of antibiotics unless the pediatric doctor writes it, and once started, complete the full course of 5-6 days.

Brief Answer:
never repeat medicines y yourself

Detailed Answer:

I will strictly advice you to consult your doctor before giving any cold cough medicines.
The reason is that you may miss early stages of any serious illness like pneumonia,
