Brief Answer:
Better to consult pulmonologist and get done chest x ray and PFT.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your question on Health Care Magic.
I can understand your concern.
Upper respiratory tract infection (URTI) like pharyngitis can cause lower respiratory tract infection (LRTI - pneumonia) and bronchitis.
And in both these excessive coughing, breathing difficulty, noisy breathing are seen.
So better to consult pulmonologist and get done
1. Clinical examination of respiratory system
2. Chest x ray.
3. PFT (Pulmonary Function Test).
Chest x ray is needed to rule out pneumonia.
PFT is must for the diagnosis of bronchitis.
You may need inhaled bronchodilators and inhaled corticosteroid (ICS) because inhaled treatment is best treatment for bronchitis.
So better to first diagnose yourself and then start appropriate treatment.
Hope I have solved your query.
I will be happy to help you further.
Wish you good health. Thanks.

Brief Answer:
No need to worry much as far as blood report is concern.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your follow up question on HCM.
I can understand your concern. I have gone through the report you have attached.
The report is not bad.
It shows slightly high total count (12000).
And you are taking correct medicines.
More importantly, you are improving. So this means treatment is working.
So continue same treatment.
