Brief Answer:
surgical excision under local

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Welcome to Healthcaremagic.com.
I have read your query.
I understand your concern.
Corn or callus are formed due to thickening of the skin on localized area as a result of constant friction between the foot skin and footwear.
It is painful when vertical pressure is applied on the corn.
The best treatment modality for corn is its removal by surgical excision and pairing under local anaesthesia.
Avoid wearing hard sole footwear.
Wear only soft bottom soles footwear.
You should visit your doctor so that he can examine you and give you prescription.
You can share my opinion with him. I hope it helps.
Stay healthy.

Brief Answer:
lactic acid and salicylic acid combination

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Welcome back.
If its in the initial stage, then topical lactic acid and salicylic acid combination available in market with various brands also helps.
it should be applied very carefully over the affected area under vaseline cover.
It takes relatively longer time to settle down with topicals.
You can discuss this with your doctor.
I hope it helps.
Stay healthy.
