Brief Answer:
an examination is a must

Detailed Answer:
hi,
Welcome to this forum.
Can understand your concerns.

A baby may sometimes pass stools in 5 to 6 days, this is a normal thing but we have to keep in mind that it should not cause any problem like pain abdomen, abdominal distension to child.

If there is any problem like decrease feeding, abdominal distension, pain abdomen then there are chances of intestinal obstruction and child should be examined by a pediatrician to rule out intestinal obstruction.

Child should be given exclusive breastfeeding till 6 months, so in feeding part you are doing the right thing.

Since, already 7 days have passed without passing stools, it is necessary to get the child examined by a pediatrician. Any drug should be given only after examination of child.

I advise you to get the child examined by a doctor.

I hope this helps.
Take care.
