Suggest Treatment For Constipation, Blood In Stool And Large Stool
Question: sir,
i am having eisnophils 6% and esr 12.I am having heavy constipation is it anything to worry about.BIG STOOLS AND WAS BLEEDING LAST WEEK
Actually its bleeding somewhere outside as blood in stool is bright red.Moreover I am taking medicines for kidneystone that is stonegoris and aquazide a hydrochlorothiazide tablet will these mediciens will lead to big stool and thereby result in bleeding.

I can see you are worried about the bleeding that you suffered from. Bloody stool is definitely something you should address, but it's not something you should worry too much about. There are many benign causes.
The most common cause is actually hard stool due to dehydration and/or lack of fiber in the diet. This simple cause of minor bleeding could be made to look worse by medications like aquazide... which can worsen bleeding slightly.
That having been said.. I stress that you have nothing to worry about , at this time. Instead.. continue medications and try to make sure that your diet prevents hard heavy stools which can cause bleeding...
Try and cut out junk food and increase your hydration significantly. Try and drink at least an extra litre of plain water above and beyond what you would NORMALLY drink.
At the same time.. try an Over The Counter fiber supplement.. like Isbagol... "cremadiet" powder. Mix one scoop of that with a big glass of water and drink.. Make sure you drink extra water when you take fiber supplements..
If you do this for a week.. your bleeding issues should stop and the bleeding ares will heal...
Try that first... lets see how it works.. make sense?
