Brief Answer:
Avoid wheat based products. Take plenty of green leafy vegetables.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.
I have carefully gone through the entire details provided by you. I assure you that I am taking your problems seriously. It seems that you have a malabsorption syndrome which is directly related to the IBS that you have been detected to have. The condition can lead to damage of the lining of the intestines and therefore could be related to the blood in stool. I would need to ask you if the blood fresh, or is it dark and denatured. The answer would determine how far up in the gastrointestinal tract is the bleeding occurring. The next time bloody stools occur, please get a stool microscopy done and share the report with me. Unless there are pus cells in the stool, antibiotics are not required.
Usually such a condition is associated with improper bowel movments. This may lead to stasis of the food in the various parts including the stomach and is responsible for the bloating. The gastric acids which are meant for digestion, therefore get collected and thereby reflux into the lower esophagus and thereby cause GERD. Unless you can keep the bowel habits regular by intake of plenty of green leafy vegetables and dietary fibers from other sources, your GERD will not resolve. The hyperacidity can lead to erosive gastritis which may or may not be associated with acutely formed or chronically present peptic ulcers located either in the stomach or in the duodenum. It is hard to comment without Upper G.I. Endoscopy. The blood tests would be unaffected. Continue to take repsia and zantac.
Regards
