Brief Answer:
First you have to avoid constipation.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Constipation for long period can cause anal fissure and haemorrhoids, which cause blood in the stool and pain during defecation.

You may continue medicines according to your treating doctor but it will help you only symptomatically. So better to eradicate the root cause that is constipation.

I am mentioning some diet regimes and tips below, following those tips can surely help you.
1. take plenty of fruits like bananas, XXXXXXX chikoo, papaya
2. take cucumber and carrot with each meal.
3. in the morning take one glass of grape fruit in empty stomach.
4. stop taking rice for some months.
5. start doing exercise daily at least for 45 minutes.
6. oats porridge at breakfast.
7. avoid eating biscuits.
8. drink at least 8 to 10 glasses of water.
9. use olive oil in salads
10. take 2 spoons of rusk (isapghol) in one glass of water before sleeping.

You may also get an appointment of general surgeon and discuss about the anal fissure or haemorrhoids. As you may need to use xylocaine gel application on anal area for relieving pain and syp. lactulose after discussing with the surgeon.

For heat in the body, I would suggest get a thyroid profile done first and discuss with the doctor further.

Hopefully I answered your question. You may ask further if you have more questions to ask.

Brief Answer:
Take an opinion from general Surgeon.

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX

Thank you again for asking.

Since first you have to rule out the factor causing bleeding.
As previously I have mentioned that constipation can cause anal fissure or haemorrhoids which in turn might be causing your symptoms. And online prescribing medicines are against the law of the land and is considered invalid.

As anal fissure is a tiny tear in the anus causing a linear ulcer to form at the boundary of anus. And haemorrhoids are usually swollen veins found in lower rectum and around the anal canal. Both can take time to heal after taking medicines and avoiding constipation.

If your anal fissure or haemorrhoids pain or symptoms fail to go away inspite of having stool softner medicines and pain killer, it is best to look for medical attention. A professional general surgeon will give a thorough exam to know what the problem really is and give you the appropriate and proper treatment. Since recurrent bleeding can further cause other complications like anemia and infection so better to seek general surgeon advice promptly.

Hopefully my answer will be helpful for you. You may ask further or else you may rate the answer and close the discussion.

Regards,

Dr.Maheshwari.
