Question: I have had pain in my wrist for the past several weeks, the pain increases when I carry items and drop them at times because of the pain. its the left hand and its near the thumb area and does travel up my arms. Also at the same time I have pain in my right shoulder that travels down my arm and makes it weak to hold or carry things.
