Brief Answer:
Can be due to endometriosis.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.

The lower back pain that you have can be related to endometriosis. The leaking and frequency or the bladder blockage may not be related to it but can happen due to scarring caused by C-section. The ulcer looking areas in the bladder can be the cause of blood in urine. You need to consult a urologist (in person) for proper treatment.

Please feel free to discuss further. I will be glad to answer the follow up queries that you have.
Wishing you good health.

I'm due to see my urologist next tue the thing what's concerning me is all these problems I have , have been since the c section. except my. bowel problems iv had them all my life as well as my period issues. since I found out about endometriosis last year I knew I had it. pushed doctors for referrals and it was found and removed last week only two bits. my thinking is that maybe all this with my bladder and the ulcer looking things could be enfor what's missed the lady that did cytoscopy said my bladder was normal it didn't look it. I will mention this to urologist. also iv had bowel problems since young ibs symptoms recently blood when I go on my period. at the lap there was a big dense piece of scar tissue from belly button to bowel area. which they said to get referred to surgeons about. do you think this could have been caused by endo on my bowel all my life or by c section. I have slow tubes too all since c section.
thanks for your time

Brief Answer:
Endometriosis likely.

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for writing again.
The big scar tissue involving bowel and belly button is not likely to be related to C-section. Only lower abdomen is opened during C-section. This all seems to be due to endometriosis. The ulcer like things in the bladder need further investigation in case something abnormal was present.
Hope my answer is helpful.

is it possible for doctors to not be able to tell if endometriosis is the cause of such dense scar tissue is it possible for endometriosis to be hiding under the scar tissue? do you think I should see an endometriosis specialist? thank you

Brief Answer:
Biopsy can confirm.

Detailed Answer:
Endometriosis can be hiding behind the scar tissue. Since it is causing you so many symptoms it is best to consult an endometriosis specialist. Only a biopsy can confirm the cause.
