Brief Answer:
Need to continue antacids and motility agents

Detailed Answer:
Hi! Welcome to health care magic! Thanks for sharing your concerns with us. We will try to help you in best way possible.

First of all, it is sad to know what you had been experiencing lately. Based on the history you have shared, you need to continue antacids like omeperazole or pantoprazole before meals alongwith motility agents like domperidone or mebeverine. Other agents like sucralfate may also help if taken before meals.

If symptoms persist, discuss with your primary doctor about using baclofen for few days as it has promising results in stopping hick ups. Anxiolytics that you are using need to be reviewed and optimised by a psychiatrist.

Meanwhile avoid heavy, spicy, greasy meals and fizzy drinks for few days. Wishing you a speedy recovery. If you have any more questions, feel free to ask. Regards.
