Suggest Treatment For Constant Headache, Back Pain And Cold

Question: Good morning. I am a 49 year old female in xxxxxxxxx, xxx. I have 3 children- ages 20,18,10 and I recently started my own company working full-time as a hairstylist and on my feet all today Monday- Saturday and have been going no-stop since November so I am exhausted -II have head-to-toe body aches, especially constant headache, knee aches (red knees) and lower and upper back pain. The back pain also takes my breath away if I walk down the stairs and absorb the impact. It feels like the flu but I had something similar a few weeks ago with a head cold. I also have general weakness and it is hard to concentrate. This started Saturday night after working a 12 hour day and have been resting ever since but do not feel much better and have to head back into work this morning. Any advice, thoughts? Thank you!!

It seems that your exhaustive work schedule is taking its toll on your body giving rise to severe back and leg pain, feeling of exhaustion etc.
My first suggestion would be to change your schedule and take frequent rests in between. Start morning walks to tone up your body. Few specific investigations like x rays of back and knees, S vit D3, S vit B12, and Hemogram are required.
I recommend daily morning walks, vit B Complex supplementation daily . If your menopause has set in then you may need additional supplements like calcium with vitamin D .
