Brief Answer:
Unsteadiness. Baclofen will not work for this.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for your query.

1. You have unsteadiness. There can be many reasons for this. A check-up by a neurotologist is recommended.

2. Baclofen will not work for this.

3. These symptoms can be cause by colds, cervical spine problems, inner ear problems, blood pressure and sugar variations, anemia, gastritis, brain related issues, migraines and so on. The list is vast and has to be narrowed down by direct examination.

4. You can upload the examination results here for further treatment options.

I hope that I have answered your query. If you have any more questions I will be available to answer them.

Mal de debarquement syndrome usually does not last so long.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for writing back.

1. Mal de debarquement syndrome usually does not last so long. Do you have any history of long travel before this started?

2. Phobic Postural Vertigo is a similar condition that must be ruled out.

3. There is no cure for this, however VRE (Vestibular Rehabilitation Exercises) are helpful.

4. Repititive Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (rTMS) may help provide relief.
