Brief Answer:
It is conjunctival cyst.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome to Health care Magic

I am Dr. Dadapeer K, an ophthalmologist and I will be answering your question.

I reviewed your history and the photo attached with the question.

The photo is showing a small clear cystic lesion near the corneo scleral junction at the lower border.
This appears like a retention cyst of the conjunctiva and this is not a serious condition, hence no need to worry about it.

The treatment of the condition is usually by the use of anti-inflammatory eye drops like Bromefenac eye drops and artificial tears eye drops like Just tears eye drops.
The condition should resolve with treatment by 5-7 days.

Hope this answers your question and the information is helpful to you.

Thank you
