The conjunctiva in the lower eyelid can be a bit pale but this doesn't mean you have anemia for sure and it isn't a reason for concern.
If you have pale skin ,unexplained fatigue ,weakness,dizziness ,headache,heart palpitations, brittle nails,pale nails etc ,then it is possible to have Anemia.
If you don't have any symptom or sign at all ,you don't need to worry.Only a pale conjunctiva ,with no other signs or symptoms is not indicative for anemia.It can be completely normal.
The only way to know if for sure is to do a complete blood test ,which will evaluate the Hemoglobin and Red blood cells in blood.

I have been feeling very unwell, dizzy spell amd nauseated and shaky... I have been having lower abdomen pain as well as back pain and increase trips to the bathroom,i thought maybe it could. Have been why, Amd the list goes on, i was treated for a uti few weeks back for blood and leukocyte in urine but no bacteria after i received the culture result, i am just at lost to what is going on i guess
