Question: I have hands sweating problem like confusion during conversation and my hands start sweating. Please suggest me top and fast way to fix it.

You seem to have anxiety neurosis as per what you say. The details are not clear though. However as first step you need an analysis by Psychologist to understand if it is an Organic problem or behavioural in nature.

I think you are very young and you should deal with this with the help of family and friends and experts like Psychologist. Get primary analysis with some questionnaire.
