Brief Answer:
Temporary relief may be possible.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for your query,

1. Ideally, you should get her examined by a doctor as she is 65 years old and has low blood pressure at times.

2. If you do want to give her some relief for a day or so, give her a tablet of an anti-allergic medication (such as Cetrizine 10 mg or Fexofenadine 120 mg once a day). remember that these medications may cause drowsiness and dryness.

3. Regular (plain) steam inhalation will help.

4. The headache and body ache can be managed by a single dose of an OTC painkiller after meals.

5. Specific history details are not mentioned, hence no further medication can be suggested online.Further medication will require a prescription form a doctor. It is important that all further medication is taken under the supervision of a physician.

6. Viral colds will run their course, allergic colds will respond earlier. Sometimes, blood tests are required to rule out more serious conditions which present with similar symptoms.

Hope I have answered your query. If you have any follow up queries, I will be available to answer them.

Regards.
