Brief Answer:
Give her some decongestant and observe closely

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thanks for asking the query

The most common cause of cold in this age is some viral infection or allergy.
Most of the children improve with use of decongestant and anti allergic within 3-5 days.In few cases this may progress to lower respiratory tract infection with rapid respiratory rate, poor feeding etc.
I would suggest you to observe the baby closely for any increase in respiratory distress, poor feeding or persistent high grade fever.
Please consult a pediatrician for prescription of anti allergic and decongestant.

I hope this helps.
Please let me know if you have any more doubt.
Regards
