Brief Answer:
Antiallergic with decongestant drop will help

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thanks for the query

Cold, cough an nasal blockade in this age is mostly due to allergy or viral infection.
In both these condition medicines like chlorpheniramine (an antiallergic) and phenylephrine (a decongestant) will help.Drops are available which contains 1 mg of chlorpheniramine and phenylephrine.
The dose is adjusted according to the chlorpheniramine.
For this age the dose is 0.5 mg two to three times a day that is equivalent to 0.5 ml.
This is prescription medicine so please get it prescribed by a pediatrician.
Nasal saline drop one drop in each nostril 3-4 times a day helps in relieving the nasal blockade.
Continue feeding. The symptoms should start improving within three to four days.
I would like to know if the cough worsens with feed.Sometimes conditions like gastroesophageal reflux can cause cough.

Observe the baby for any breathing difficulty, noisy breathing or poor oral acceptance.
If you notice any of these consult your pediatrician.

I hope this helps

if the symptoms are not decreasing consult any pediatrician.
Wish you baby speedy recovery.
Regards
