Brief Answer:
Take cetrizine

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for your query.

You can take the following medicines for common cold:

- Tab Paracetamol 500 mg 3-4 times a day for fever
- Tab cetirizine 5mg after dinner for runny nose.
- Syrup Dabur honitus 1 tsp 2 times a day. Its soothing to
throat
In diet you can take warm fluids like warm milk, tea etc. It maybe boiled with ginger and saunf. Drink cleaner water and hygienic foods. Otherwise no specific precautions needed.

Its most probably a viral and will get better by itself in few days.

Hope it helps.
